- 1/4 cup gin
- 2 Tablespoons simple syrup (boil equal amounts of sugar and water just until sugar dissolves; cool)
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- Club Soda
- Combine gin, simple syrup and lemon juice in an ice filled cocktail shaker; shake until thoroughly chilled.
- Pour over ice in a tall Collins glass and top with club soda.
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
