Ribbon Salad
Bottom Layer: Mix 1 small box of lime jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Cool slightly and add 1 small can crushed pineapple with juice. Let set.
Middle Layer: Soften 3 oz. pkg cream cheese with fork and slowly stir in 1/2 pint heavy cream. Dissolve lemon jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water - when slightly cool - add to
cheese mixture and pour over lime jello layer and let set.
Top Layer: Dissolve 1 small package strawberry jello in 1/1/2 cups boiling water. Cool slightly and pour on top of lime layer and cool until completely set.
