Oriental Slaw


1 whole cabbage
6 green onions

3 Tbsp Sesame Seeds, toasted
3 Tbsp Sesame Oil
4 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
7 Tbsp Soy Sauce
3 1/2 Tbsp White Vinegar
1 cup sugar OR
3/4 cup Splenda (Low Carb version)

Combine cabbage, scallions, and sesame seeds in a medium-size bowl. Mix vegetable oil, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar in a cup. Pour enough dressing over salad to coat; refrigerate, covered, to blend flavors. Add more dressing, if needed.
