Chicken Nancy
A delicious chicken dish that looks like and tastes like you
worked all day in preparing and the aroma throughout the
house is wonderful
Cooking Time: 1 to 1 1/2 hrs
Serves: 4
Ingredients
4 half breasts of chicken boned
4 pieces of Swiss cheese or to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup Sherry
2 cups Herb Stuffing Mix crumbled
1/2 stick melted butter
Directions
Put chicken breast6s in a single layer in au gratin pan and
cover with a layer of Swiss cheese. Pour over breasts the can
of cream of chicken soup which was diluted with the sherry.
Top with stuffing mix and drizzle the melted butter over all.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1/2 hours or until done.
