Barbecued Chicken Basting Sauce

---

1 stick butter
1/4 c. parsley
garlic salt to taste
seasoned pepper to taste
1 can beer
12 oz. water

Mix all ingredients and use to baste chicken cooked over coals. Can also be used for shrimp.
