
Michael Jordan's Mac and Cheese
A special
recipe from Juanita Jordan, and a trademark dish at
Michael Jordan's restaurant. Who knows, maybe this is the
secret to Michael's phenomenal hoops! Try it and see...
32 oz. elbow
macaroni, cooked
2 oz. Romano cheese
12 oz. cream
4 T. butter
20 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Heat cream in saucepan over low flame. Add half the
cheese, all of the butter, then stir in the pasta. Season
to taste. Spoon mixture into a casserole. Top with
remaining cheeses and bake in preheated 450° oven until
top is golden brown. Serves 1 Bulls player, or 4 others
as an entree, 8 as a side dish.
