Buttermilk Pancakes
2 Eggs
1 1/2 C buttermilk*
1/4 C oil
3 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 C sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
*We
add a dry buttermilk product to regular milk
Combine half
of milk with rest of ingredients in mixer and mix until
well blended, approximately 1-2 minutes. Add remaining
milk and mix for another 30 seconds or until smooth.
Cook on heated griddle. Serve with Pure Maple Syrup,

Mr.
Butterworth Syrup
2 C light Karo syrup
1 C brown sugar
1/2 C water
Maple Flavoring to taste
