Billowy Off White Bread

---

1/4 C lukewarm water
1/4 C melted butter
1 C scalded milk cooled to body temperature
1/4 C honey
2 eggs - slightly beaten

1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 C bread flour
1/4 C whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp. yeast
Optional - throw in some sesame or poppy seeds

Prepare according to bread machine instructions for White Bread .

If not using a bread machine, knead and bake as would be typical for a large loaf of bread.
