Rondelé Mushroom Hors d'oervre
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
4 oz. package Rondele - Garlic and Herb
1/4 C fresh crab meat
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
Clean mushrooms and
remove stems. Combine remaining ingredients in small
bowl. Fill mushroom
caps with mixture and broil until tops are browned, 5-8 minutes.
