1 package cream cheese (softened)
1 package Neufchatel cheese (softened)
1 can crushed pineapple (12 oz) drained
2 Tbsp diced green onion
1/2 c diced red or green pepper
2 tsp seasoned salt
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
With mixer, blend all ingredients except nuts. Place in fridge for 30 minutes. Form ball, roll in nuts. Serve with crackers.
