Broccoli Dip in French Bread
10 oz. pkg.
frozen chopped broccoli
1 C sour cream
1 C mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp.
dill weed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. loaf French bread
Thaw broccoli
and "squeeze" moisture out. Finely chop
broccoli. Combine sour cream and mayo.
Blend well. Stir in broccoli and other ingredients.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
